In an increasingly demanding and competitive world, students face academic and emotional challenges every day that can affect their performance and well-being. PLASTERS presents the project “Learn to Study”, an innovative and structured study techniques program whose main objective is to provide students with practical and effective tools to improve their academic performance, promote autonomy and reduce the stress associated with exams and schoolwork.

This program has been designed by a multidisciplinary team of pedagogues, psychologists, professors and teachers with years of experience in the educational field. Over months of work, a structure has been created that guarantees immediate practical application and adaptation to the specific needs of each student.

In addition, this project will be carried out entirely in Catalan, becoming a unique opportunity for students to not only learn to study more effectively, but at the same time, strengthen their language skills in this subject. By carrying out all sessions in Catalan, students will practice and perfect their comprehension, oral and written expression, thus approaching one of the key subjects of the educational system with greater confidence and skill.

For this reason, “Learn to Study” It not only seeks to transform students' academic habits, but also to contribute significantly to their mastery and fluency in Catalan, integrating the learning of this language in a practical, interactive and motivating environment.

📅 Duration:

The program consists of 12 weekly sessions of 1 hour eachThis distribution allows students to assimilate study techniques progressively, putting them into practice between sessions and consolidating each learning before moving on to the next level.

👥 Small Groups:

Each group is made up of a maximum of 5 students, thus guaranteeing personalized attention and the possibility of resolving doubts individually. This format also favors a more comfortable and participatory environment, where each student can express themselves freely and receive direct feedback.



🎓 Theoretical and Practical Methodology:

The course combines a theoretical part, where fundamental concepts and study techniques are explained, with a practical part, where students immediately apply what they have learned. Each session includes specific activities and exercises that allow students to put the strategies into practice in a real and contextualized way. The goal is for students to not only understand the techniques, but also internalize them and apply them independently.

📚 Age Adaptation:

The program is organized in three distinct groups by educational stages: Primary, Secondary and High School. Each group works with content and methodologies adapted to their educational and developmental level. This ensures that the techniques are presented in an appropriate and relevant way for each stage.

📝 Continuous Evaluation:

A is performed personalized tracking of each student throughout the 12 sessions. At the end of the program, a detailed report which includes an evaluation of the student's progress, the techniques assimilated, areas for improvement and specific recommendations to continue advancing autonomously.
