1. Mr. Sergi Bahillo Santos, of legal age, with DNI 44.008.731W, resident of Eivissa, with address at Calle Periodista Antoni Manel García No. 17, 3º 3ª, acts in the name and representation, as director of GUIXOS AULA D'ESTUDI, domiciled at Calle Historiador Josep Clapés No. 11 in Eivissa.

2. GUIXOS AULA D'ESTUDI offers private, non-regulated education at its center in Ibiza. Its offerings include tutoring courses and study techniques, as well as complementary activities and workshops.

3. This is non-regulated private education, and therefore the title or diploma that may be obtained lacks official validity.

4. That the student's father, mother or legal guardian wishes to receive said educational services for his/her son/daughter, in accordance with the following conditions:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. The training center will provide the student with its teaching services and classes during the stipulated hours, which can be consulted in the student area of the GUIXOS TIMP application.

2. The course program and all complementary activities will be developed under the supervision of a tutor or professor.

3. The materials used are the student's own textbook, the school's library, and materials prepared by the corresponding teacher (summaries, notes, exercises, etc.). Students will have access to these materials at no additional cost to their monthly fee.

4. The total price of such teaching services are as stipulated and appear in the student area of the GUIXOS TIMP application.

5. The prices indicated in the previous clause will be paid in monthly installments by direct debit, cash, credit card (either from the center's own POS or any of its available online platforms), bank transfer to account ES2521003334222200055607, or BIZUM to the telephone number 664 469 420 owned by Sergi Bahillo Santos.

6. The installment amounts will be made effective during the first five days of each month.

7. The monthly fees are calculated as a pro rata of the total course fee, including shorter or longer months, vacations, and holidays. Therefore, the full fee will be charged in December, January, the month in which Easter falls, and June.

8. Students wishing to withdraw from a course must notify GUIXOS AULA D'ESTUDI by signing the withdrawal form before the 20th of the current month for the withdrawal to take effect the following month. Withdrawals by phone or through the student are not accepted.

9. Students who begin a course during the first half of the month will pay the full fee for that month; if they begin during the second half of the month, they will pay half the bill.

10. The center reserves the right to drop any student who is not up to date with payments.

11. The student's failure to attend class, for any period of time, does not exempt him/her from paying the corresponding monthly fee.

12. Any student who withdraws from the course for any reason beyond his or her control, duly accredited, which prevents him or her from continuing, must notify the course in writing and will be entitled to a refund of the proportional part of the amounts paid in fees and corresponding to services pending execution.

13. The academy reserves the right, for pedagogical, organizational or force majeure reasons, to change classes for either a student or a teacher.

14. Changes in schedules and/or groups must be consulted with the Center's Management, which will determine the possibilities of modification.

15. The center has Complaint Forms available to students in accordance with the official model.


16. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of this contract, the entrepreneur expressly submits to the consumer arbitration system, through the Consumer Arbitration Board corresponding to the Center that provides the education.
