WHEN SHOULD YOU GO TO THE SPEECH THERAPIST?

WHAT DO OUR SESSIONS INCLUDE?


Individual speech therapy sessions include:

  • 45-minute working session.
  • Guidelines and recommendations after each work session.
  • Materials adapted and personalized to the needs and tastes of each patient.
  • Playful methodology.
  • Periodic coordination with other professionals who care for the patient.

HOW DO WE WORK?


1. Initial interview

Intended to determine the reason for the consultation and gather information that will be useful for the evaluation process.

It has an approximate duration of about 45 minutes and a value of 45€.

2. Speech therapy evaluation

Intended to evaluate or assess those aspects in which the patient presents difficulties, depending on the characteristics of the case, several evaluation sessions may be necessary.

It has an approximate duration of 45 minutes and a value of 45€.

At the end of the sessions, a speech therapy report is submitted with the results obtained. The value of this is 40€.

3. Speech therapy

Focused on the treatment of the patient's difficulties.

The sessions last 45 minutes and cost 65€.


4. Follow-up after discharge

Once all the established goals have been met, the treatment ends, and the patient is discharged. Afterward, follow-up is conducted.

Early attention

Early intervention is understood as the set of interventions aimed at children aged 0 to 6, their families, and their surroundings. The goal is to respond as quickly as possible to the temporary and/or permanent needs of children with developmental disorders or who are at risk of developing them.


Both children who present delays or alterations in the development of comprehensive and expressive language (Specific Language Disorder: (SLI), delays or alterations in phonological development, delays or alterations in speech (dyslalias), alterations in the development of pragmatic and social language skills (autism spectrum disorders)).
